Supplier of pressure vessels to be used in dispersing systems

We are looking for Slovak company well-experienced in production of big pressure vessels or similar products, with about 50 – 150 employees and able to communicate with customer in English.


REQUIREMENTS:
- Good experience in plate working (5-60 mm sheet metal and steel structure)
- Good welding experience (MAG, MIG, TIG)
- Good staff for planning and project management necessary
- English speaking person

Compulsory equipment:
- Cranes indoor: min 10-15 tons
- Grinding (diameter 1,5 m)
- Turning (table size 1,5x4 m)
- Bending (200-500 tons)
- If combined with carbon steel production, separated production area and machinery for stainless steel is MUST!

Possible to be done also in cooperation
- Cutting equipment: Plasma cutting (5 – 50 mm)
- Laser cutting (0-10 mm)
- Surface treatment - wet painting, shot blasting shop (grid blasting / sandblasting)

Manufacturing qualifications / certificates as advantage:
o European welding procedure qualification PED
o ISO 9000:2002 (ISO 1400 as advantage)

Other:
- Outside area, e.g. storage area is advantage
- Packing, experience for export shipment is advantage
- Vicinity to the next main roads, river/seaport is advantage

Material: 1.4404 (austentic stainless steel)

Weight: whole system about 13 ton
